Procurement & Warehouse Operative

In this role as a Procurement & Warehouse operative, you’ll combine hands-on warehouse work with procurement support: receiving and issuing goods, keeping stock accurate, maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse, and ensuring supplies are ordered on time. You’ll work closely with operations, site teams and project supervisors to keep projects moving—smoothly and efficiently.

For our team in Rotterdam, we are looking for an organised and energetic Procurement & Warehouse Operative

Your tasks: 
As our Procurement & Warehouse Operative, you are responsible for stock control, ordering materials, and the daily running of the warehouse. You make sure our specialists leave for site with the right tools and materials—on time and fully prepared. 

• Managing tools, equipment and warehouse resources
• Issuing and receiving materials based on work orders
• Carrying out small technical repairs (or arranging external repairs when needed)
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders in time
• Keeping records up to date and ensuring a tidy, safe warehouse
• Working with the project planner/preparator to improve processes and efficiency

Your profile: 

• MBO level (vocational level)
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse role or inventory/stock management
• Hands-on with tools and confident doing minor repairs yourself
• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus
• Proactive: you spot what needs doing and take action
• Physically fit and comfortable being on the move

• A valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• A forklift certificate
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment
