Your tasks: 

  • Together with your manager, you will help set up and further develop the robotisation of Braspenning Group.
  • You will prepare and maintain maintenance plans for our robots.
  • In close cooperation with the client, you will define the objectives of maritime projects.
  • You translate these objectives into a concrete and executable project plan: what is needed to deliver the project successfully?
  • You actively participate in meetings at the shipyard or at the client’s location and organise project meetings yourself when required.
  • You create clear and structured work schedules, ensuring everyone knows exactly what is expected.
  • You provide clear instructions and motivate foremen to help the team perform at its best.
  • You monitor daily project progress and keep a close eye on planning, quality and execution.   
Your profile: 
We are looking for a hands-on professional with a curious mindset and a practical approach. You are:
  • A graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering.
  • In possession of knowledge and experience equivalent to a technical HBO-level education.
  • Eager to learn, flexible and ready to take responsibility.
  • Someone who stands their ground and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Not a fan of a strict 9-to-5 mentality and always ready to take action. 
  • Speaks Dutch and English fluently

Physical requirements: Due to the nature of our work, it is beneficial if you: 

  • Are in good physical health. 
  • Are able to work for extended periods and perform under time pressure. 
  • Have no objection to working outside regular office hours. 
  • Can handle highly varied and dynamic work activities.
