Project Manager Steel Conservation Braspenning Indoor B.V.

Braspenning Indoor B.V. is looking for a Project Manager Steel Conservation to lead teams of blasters, painters and logistics staff on maritime steel conservation projects — managing planning, budget and HSE from a solid family business, existing since 1956. 

Ready to take the lead on some of the steel conservation industry's most demanding projects? Braspenning Indoor B.V., part of Braspenning Group, is looking for a driven Project Manager to run our production and project operations from the ground up — someone who keeps the overview, brings out the best in their team, and gets every project from kick-off to delivery right. 

What you'll do
As Project Manager at Braspenning Indoor, you're the hub connecting our people, our planning, and our clients. You will:

• Lead a versatile team — blasters, painters, maintenance, logistics and warehouse staff
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Visit project sites regularly as project lead and main point of contact for clients
• Oversee health, safety and environmental (HSE) compliance
• Receive work orders, drawings, planning data and specifications from the sales department, then divide the work accordingly, and advise on staffing matters
• Plan, distribute and monitor work together with your team leaders
• Take responsibility for the upkeep of production equipment, halls and machinery
• Tackle complaints and bottlenecks decisively and see them through to a solution
• Optimise processes and production costs
• Keep administration, perform calculations in Excel, invoicing (Exact) and reporting to higher management accurately and on track.

Your skills and education: 

• A bachelor's-level working and thinking ability, ideally in a technical field (mechanical engineering, steel, or a related discipline)
• Leadership experience, preferably in a production or industrial setting
• Knowledge of coating inspection standards (NACE or FROSIO) is a strong plus
• VOL-VCA certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Strong command of Dutch and English
• Energy, resilience under pressure, and flexibility
