In this role, you lead projects from planning to execution, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure results in safety, quality, timing, and cost control.

Are you our new Projectmanager Indoor? Do you want to take full ownership of impressive projects in industrial steel preservation and corrosion protection? At Braspenning Indoor B.V. (part of the Braspenning Group) we’re looking for a driven Project Manager who keeps overview, inspires people, and delivers projects flawlessly—from kick-off to handover. 

Your tasks: 

As Project Manager Indoor, you are the key link between production, planning, and the customer. You will:

  • Lead a diverse team of specialists (blasters, painters/coaters, maintenance, logistics and warehouse).
  • ​Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Visit project sites regularly and act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Monitor and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
  • Receive work orders, drawings, planning data, specifications and instructions from Sales, then distribute, coordinate, advise and align on staffing matters.
  • Plan, allocate and control daily work together with team leaders.
  • Take responsibility for maintenance of production tools, production halls and equipment.
  • Handle complaints and bottlenecks decisively and implement solutions.
  • Improve processes and optimize production costs.
  • ​Ensure accurate administration, invoicing and reporting to management. 


What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor-level thinking and working (HBO), preferably in a technical field (mechanical engineering, technical operations, steel/industrial).
  • Leadership experience, ideally in a production or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of coating inspections (NACE or FROSIO) is a strong plus
  • VOL-VCA certification, or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • A healthy energetic personality, resilience under pressure, and flexibility.
